Returns
Returns are simple and guided. The product must be returned intact, unused, and complete with the original packaging.
Procedure
The procedure is the same for returns and exchanges. Start the request by entering your email and order number. You can find the number in the confirmation email.
Returns within 30 days of purchase date. Items must be never worn, with tags and original accessories . Refund within 14 days of receipt and inspection. Both the product and packaging must be intact.
Cash on delivery: exchange or store credit only.

Order tracking
You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can track the shipment in real time on the courier’s website or in the “My Orders” section of your account.
Shipping hours
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Cutoff time for same-day shipping: 12:30.
Home delivery
The courier will attempt delivery at the provided address. If no one is available, instructions for pickup or redelivery will be provided according to the courier’s procedures.
Gift wrapping
If you select the gift wrapping option, your order will be carefully prepared in an elegant Vittorio Citro box. The invoice will not be included in the package.
Click & Collect
Prefer to pick up in store? Select “In-store pickup” at checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is ready (usually within 2–4 hours).
Special periods
Black Friday, Christmas, and Sales: during peak seasons, delivery times may be delayed by 1–2 business days due to high order volumes. We recommend shopping in advance.
