Heron and the rest of the knitwear

The MC2 sweater you can recognize from a distance is the Heron: a crewneck with an embroidered phrase or character. The slogans change every season, from work-related quips such as “Time is Money” to cocktails, from Gin and Tonic to the Negroni, as well as Snoopy, Uncle Scrooge, and Mickey Mouse. The Heron Light has a finer knit: where specified on the product page, the gauge is 12, so you can wear it under a jacket too.

Almost all Heron sweaters are made from a wool and cashmere blend. Where the product page lists the composition, cashmere makes up between 10% and 20%, alongside wool, viscose, and polyamide. They aren’t pure cashmere, and we prefer to be upfront about that. If you want a sweater without slogans, take a look at the Regent styles, available in merino wool, merino and cashmere, and cotton and silk. Après-ski, Cortina, and Christmas sweaters

Some of the knitwear belongs to the mountain and festive capsule collection: “Après Ski” lettering, Cortina and St. Moritz embroidery, the Courchevel print, and “Vacanze di Natale” embroidery. Hats, sweatshirts, and socks

For headwear, there are Wengen ribbed wool or cashmere-blend beanies, Sheldon wool hats, and matching hat-and-scarf sets. Sweatshirts range from the cotton Soho to the lambswool Notting, with hood and zip styles. And there are jacquard cotton socks featuring Snoopy or Uncle Scrooge, as well as Bexley waxed cotton jackets for going out.

For summer: swimwear, linen, and polo shirts

In summer, MC2 Saint Barth is all about the seaside. The men’s swimwear is almost all boxer-style trunks: most have a drawstring waist, many have a back pocket, and the fabric dries quickly. Prints range from rubber ducks to crabs and Snoopy. You’ll also find linen shirts and Bermuda shorts, cotton piqué or linen polo shirts, and Portofino T-shirts with embroidery.

Sizing

If you’re between sizes, start with the Italian size of a garment that already fits you well, or get in touch. In Italy, returns are free within 30 days of delivery, and your first size or color exchange is free if the right size is available.
