A profession learned from the inside

We are a family boutique founded in 1917, now in its sixth generation. One hundred and fifty square metres in Roccapiemonte and an online store selling throughout Italy. We’re looking for four people.

Who we are

In 1917, our great-grandfather opened a small shop of just a few square metres in the Agro Nocerino-Sarnese area. After the war, the family moved to Castel San Giorgio, where our grandfather worked as a shoemaker. Today, we are at Via Sasso 1 in Roccapiemonte, and we sell throughout Italy.

Six generations have carried out the same work: selecting the merchandise, knowing the people who buy it, answering in person. It’s still the same today. We’re not a platform and we don’t have an algorithm making decisions: the family selects every brand and every garment.

What it’s like to work here

What we really offer you

  • Learn a profession. The sizes of twenty different brands, how a garment fits, what to say to someone who doesn’t know what they want. You don’t learn it from a manual: you learn alongside someone who has been doing it for thirty years.
  • See the results the same day. We’re a small team: what you do in the morning can be seen in the evening, in sales and in returning customers.
  • Store and online together. Here, they aren’t two separate businesses: the same item may be sold in store or shipped to Milan. You’ll learn how everything works.

What we’re looking for

  • Care. The wrong item in a package becomes a return and a lost customer. Here, precision isn’t a desirable quality: it’s the job.
  • Enjoy working with people. In store or on the phone, someone real always answers. That’s why people choose us.
  • No specific qualifications required. We look at what you can do and how you do it. Experience is welcome, but not essential.
