VEJA is the Franco-Brazilian brand founded in 2005 that introduced transparent, environmentally friendly production to the sneaker world: soles made with wild Amazonian rubber, uppers in chrome-free tanned leather (ChromeFree and O.T.) or soft suede, and recycled polyester linings.   • V-90 — inspired by 1990s basketball silhouettes, with a perforated forefoot upper for breathability and O.T. leather or suede finishes in Taupe Eagle, White Black and Pure Bronze.
  • Volley — a reissue of an archival Brazilian volleyball shoe from the 1970s, with a low profile, streamlined silhouette, T-toe and amber-colored natural rubber sole.
  • Panenka and V-82 — retro sports models with mixed suede and nappa leather uppers and a padded collar for maximum urban comfort.

How VEJA sneakers fit

Fit varies depending on the model shape:

  • Campo — a regular or slightly generous fit. If you're between sizes, you can opt for the smaller size, as the soft leather gives slightly with wear.
  • V-90 — a standard fit, true to your usual size (true to size). The structure wraps the foot comfortably and adapts within a few days of walking.
  • Volley — a slimmer, closer-fitting silhouette. If you have wide feet or a high instep, we recommend going half a size or one size up compared to traditional sneakers.

Care and maintenance

To keep your shoes in good condition for longer, avoid machine washing or soaking them in hot water. For smooth leather models, a damp cloth with a little mild soap is all you need; for suede or nubuck models, use a dry soft-bristled brush. Always let footwear air-dry away from direct heat sources.
